Cedar & Amber is operated by Naero LLC. These terms apply to your use of cedarandamber.com and purchases from our store. You can contact us at hello@cedarandamber.com, Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Central Time.

Products and orders

Review the selected model, configuration, dimensions and purchase details before placing an order. Contact us about any essential requirement that is not clearly answered on the product page. Images may show a styled setting; items included with your purchase are those expressly described in the listing or order details.

Interactive 3D views are illustrative and are not installation drawings. Use the product's installation instructions and qualified professionals where required for site preparation or electrical work. General sauna-wellness information on our site is not individual medical advice or a promise of a particular health outcome.

Prices, payment and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The final order total, including applicable taxes and any eligible discount, is displayed at checkout. We use Shopify's secure checkout. Available payment methods depend on your device, location and eligibility.

Shop Pay Installments is subject to approval and the payment provider's terms. Any displayed sample payment plan is an estimate; review the actual terms offered by the provider before agreeing.

Promotional codes have the eligibility conditions, expiry and usage limits stated with the offer. Codes do not combine unless expressly stated. The first-order email-signup offer is for eligible subscribers placing their first order, is limited to one use per customer and ends December 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, or a material error affects it, we will contact you rather than substitute a different product or impose an additional charge without your agreement. If we cancel an order, the amount charged for the canceled order will be refunded.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

See our Shipping Policy for delivery information and our Return & Refund Policy for return conditions, costs, cancellations and refund timing. Contact us promptly about an order change; dispatch may prevent us from changing or stopping a shipment.
